FIVE
Shocker
A man in a wicked outfit who can blast explosive, compressed shock-waves in his path. This one's our #5 for just looking awesome. And, honestly, because we have a gorgeous copy of his second appearance.
FOUR
Dormammu
One of Doctor Strange's top and oldest villains, this ruler of the "Dark Dimension" is scary and powerful.
It would be great to see him come into the movies, and he probably will.
THREE
Bullseye
Bullseye II, technically, is a villain that completes one of our favorite heros, Daredevil.
TWO
Two-Face
First appearing in Detective Comics #66 in 1942, Harvey Dent (in that issue named Harvey Kent) was an inspiring force for justice as Gotham's District Attorney. After an acid attack in court by mobster Sal Maroni, the left side of his face became disfigured and scarred. The trauma of the attack proved too much, and Harvey lost his will and grip on sanity.
As with some other Batman villains, he didn't appear often after his introduction. Only later becoming popular and joining The Bat's enemy gallery.
His obsession for letting "fate" or "chance" decide his actions by flipping a coin is also relatable for many people, in some degree. One such similar condition being OCD.
In World's Finest Comics #173, Batman claims that Two-Face is the criminal he most fears. Perhaps it's the same fear we all have, and dread. What if something awful happens to me or a loved one? How much will I change? Will I have happiness after?
For Dent, the answers were grim.
ONE
Sinestro
Controlling the yellow spectrum of Fear, who more is there to.. fear?
Our love for this character grew recently while reading the current Sinestro comic run. His confidence and control over his enemies and allies is awesome to read.
The comics we would most love to find have to be his first and second appearances, Green Lantern Vol.2 #7 and #9. Maybe one day we will find one or both at a good price!
